For P.E class we were assigned a to do a project using objects or items that we can find to make weights. So I decided to use two gallons of water bottles and a stick from on old mop that we were about to throw away. So I decided to use them both for my project.
I decided to put the stick through the handles of the water bottles. This weight that I made is suppose to help out others who are really strong to stay strong or for others who want to have bigger muscles. My project weighs 2 gallons. It would be better for only fitted people to use because they know the proper way to be able to use this weight. You would have to be able to pull up this weight with the right type of posture which is to squat down and to have feet wide apart up to your shoulders. Then to also make sure to have your back straight this posture while picking up the weight which is really helpful so you want be able to hurt yourself. This project was really fun to do especially because I was able to use it on my own. It was also really easy to do. It was a great way to become creative with creating our own weights.
